About us
Who Are We?
Chulalongkorn Social Innovation or Chula-SI is a research unit under Chulalongkorn University, constituting a network of multidisciplinary researchers seeking to find innovative solutions to important social problems in Thailand. We provide a rich environment for collaboration, not only among Chulalongkorn faculty members and students, but also with external partners affiliated with leading institutions and local communities.
Mission
Chula-SI aims to apply frontier multidisciplinary research methodology, including Data Science, Economics, and Finance, to gain insights to social issues, make sound policy evaluations, and produce reliable policy recommendations. In addition, Chula-SI encourages transfer of research-based knowledge to broader communities as a mean to achieve social impacts.
